4. Steel & Pipe Repairs

Pipe fabrications according to drawings, on-site measurements and samples are carried out in our workshop. Onboard works for modification of pipe systems, new piping systems, pipe repairs and pipe installation are carried out by us.

Minor steel works such as hatch coamings and cell guides to major steel renewal on deck, shell plates, internals, etc are carried out by us.

AQUILA has highly skilled and capable teams of welders, fabricators and pipefitters to take on complex fabrication or repair challenges in a most efficient manner. Welders are trained and certified to meet the highest standards of marine fabrication and repairs whether it be steel, aluminum or other special material. The teams are licensed and approved by major classification societies along with the required welding procedures. Our teams are equipped for on-site or voyage fabrication and repair on all aspects of new structural fabrication, repairs and piping system repairs.

Repair and replacement work for ladders, gratings, ventilation louvres, ventilation heads, valves, funnel, gangway, bollards, ship renaming, tank cleaning, main engine scavenger cleaning, Strainers, watertight doors, manholes, pipe supports, air-conditioning problems, heat exchangers, deck hydro blasting, painting and other any maintenance works are also handled by us.
